The Role - Support the main client facing point of contact for post-sale campaigns to ensure smooth execution and delivery and identify upsell opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for client throughout their campaign experience.
- Effectively communicate with all departmental stakeholders involved in partnerships, ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Collaborate closely with Ad Operations to troubleshoot live campaigns and gather weekly reporting and delivery analysis for clients
- Keep the Sales team updated on all key issues, providing relevant data throughout the post-sale process
- Maintain accurate customer documentation and work with cross-functional teams to ensure Billing and Legal compliance
- Identify production bugs/issues, troubleshoot to identify source and update teams of status/resolution
- Develop expertise in Moonbug's channels and audiences, becoming an internal resource on these aspects.
- Collect customer feedback to improve process and planning
- Gather, analyze and interpret campaign data results and present finding to clients effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned
This role will report full-time ON-SITE at our West Hollywood Office. Requirements - Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
- Google Suite knowledge is a plus
- Works well in a team oriented, high energy environment with minimal supervision
- Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly through the proper escalation channels
- Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills

- Hourly range: $22-24 DOE
