Short Description:
The Client Success Manager (CSM) is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a human resources professional who wants to use their experience to solve problems and drive change. Our CSMs spend every day building relationships with clients and consultants across the country. They solve problems using our modular based platform that delivers time-saving, cutting-edge solutions for employers of all sizes. In addition, Client Success Managers are the driving force behind the development of the our platform. Utilize your experience and push innovative new technology into the market. We count on our CSMs to deliver not only what our clients need but what they really want!

Detailed JD:
A day in the life of a Client Success Manager at Accomplish HCM:
Meet with your newest client for an implementation call to ensure the process is a breeze.
Then, talk strategy and best practices with the rest of the team.
Review your accounts and make sure all of your clients know about our latest product enhancements.
Play detective and apply your strong problem-solving skills along with providing rapid responses to clients.
Jump on a call to demo our platform for a consultant, blow their minds with industry-leading technology and easy to use design.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Passionate.
Strong work ethic.
Four-year degree.
2-3 years of Implementation of employee benefit/payroll / HRIS experience required.
1-2 years of managing employee benefits required.
1 -2 years of project management experience preferred.
Bonus points for being involved in implementing a new benefits administration vendor!
Excellent customer service skills and ability to impress on every interaction with clients.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and coordinating multiple projects/implementations at one time.
Self-motivated and innovative.
Must take initiative in jobs performed, seek solutions and answers to problems.
Flexibility/adaptability.
Knowledge of lines of business, regulations, administrative processes and procedures.
Computer proficient.
