About the role:

• A day in the life of our client success managers typically includes working closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction, maintaining client relationships, visiting clients in their office, and gathering feedback.
• As the dedicated account manager for our clients, youll be the person who advocates for their continued success with Nextep as a partner.
• Ideally, youre a rockstar communicator, because youll often be the liaison between our clients and their service teams at Nextep.

Requirements

About you:

• You have a strong heart for the best customer experience.
• Ideally, a bachelors degree is something youve crossed off your list.
• You have experience in successfully working with challenging high-level officials within organizations.

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
