As a Client Success Specialist, you will work collaboratively with the PLEXUSS internal team to ensure our key client's satisfaction. By understanding your assigned clients, you will be responsible for their growth - meeting their targeted objectives and KPIs, developing and implementing strategic campaigns, and serving as their main point of contact throughout the life-cycle of their partnership.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our key Clients through proactive engagement and relationship management, performance evaluations, and expectation alignment.
- Qualify and respond to incoming student inquiries
- Understand objectives and KPI's; deliver solutions to help our Clients exceed them.
- Conducting proactive analyses and delivering strategic insights in a visually appealing manner.
- Liaise with other departments to share feedback to enhance client satisfaction
- Occasional travel required to meet with clients
Qualifications
- 2-4 years work experience in a client-facing role such as market research, account management, or customer success
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Experience with powerpoint and excel
- The ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner
