Client Support Professionals will service our clients in one of many ways. You may be taking phone calls, emails, or chat messages. You will be required to support our clients customers with a high level of accuracy and satisfaction. You must be capable of meeting high standards on quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction. You will be required to learn new systems such as Avaya, Five9, or Oracle Cloud.
