Local, privately owned, and DVM owner-operated emergency and specialty hospital opening August 2023. Were looking for emotionally intelligent collaborators to accomplish our goals of providing 24/7/365 veterinary emergency and specialty care to the Central Texas community at our brand new facility in Bee Cave, Texas.

Requirements

• Two years of experience as a client support representative or receptionist in a veterinary emergency, specialty, or fast-paced general practice environment
• Knowledge of common medical conditions and medical terminology
• Commitment to providing exceptional care and service in all interactions with clients, patients, and team members
• Expertise with multi-line phone systems and general office applications
• Instinct EMR practice management software experience highly desirable
• High EQ and collaborative nature
