Our client is looking for Client Support Service Professionals to join their team. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls related to various service inquiries on client accounts. Your ability to respond with accuracy and efficiency is essential, along with meeting key department performance metrics. You will provide support in areas such as client Cash Management products and services, online (client website), and mobile app inquiries, as well as general account or financial-related questions. Responsibilities

Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include client Cash Management products and services, Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
