Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides direct supervision in a 24/7 substance abuse residential facility, observe and monitor individuals behaviors, supervising medication, providing transportation, documenting and completing charts.


• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures


• Responsible for monitoring clients whereabouts at all times, never leave clients unattended or leave your shift early without prior approval


• Responsible for completing annual training


• Supervising the self administration of clients medications with 100% accuracy


• Limited child monitoring/care and training

• 3 years experience in a social service-related position OR 1 year experience at the lower level SST2 or position equivalent


• High school Diploma OR GED

• Must be able to walk up and down 8-12 stairs several times a day


• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25/50 pounds
