Crossroads Center for Children is located in Schenectady, NY and offers several different programs for children ages two through twelve. This position involves overseeing ABA therapy provided by a behavior technician to children with autism through the ABA Clinic. Therapy sessions primarily occur at the Crossroads Clinic location in Schenectady. However, services may sometimes also be provided in the child's home, child-care setting, or other community setting. Candidates would work alongside seven other skilled behavior analysts in a strong ABA community. The licensed behavior analyst would be expected to work 35 hours per week with a very flexible schedule. Candidates must have a current and valid drivers license and personal transportation is required for this position.

Expectations of a Licensed Behavior Analyst:

• Assess clients skills and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Train behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Monitor plans regularly by observing minimally 10% of therapy hours and reviewing data minimally once per month.
• Work collaboratively with families and other service providers.
• Document services according to insurance guidelines.
