Clinical Compliance Manager -
Boston, MA Salary Range $75,000 – $110,000-Medical. Dental. Vision. Life Ins. Retirement
Paid Time Off - OFCCP Required Must-Haves: experience in health care or relevant industry. Regulatory compliance experience preferred. Practice management experience
Assist in the identification, creation, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures in coordination with the Clinical, Legal and Compliance organization regarding Clinical regulatory requirements both federal and state.
Participate in ongoing compliance monitoring and audit activities and also ADA reporting.
Oversee, direct, deliver or monitor delivery of general and job specific compliance training and orientation to all employees.
Receive, document, track, research, investigate and take appropriate and timely action on all reports concerning compliance incidents identified through a variety of sources.
Update and maintain various internal reporting systems. Adherence to process is critical and developing updates to processes may be necessary from time to time.
Manage or participate in projects involving multiple stakeholders through to completion in a timely, efficient, and collaborative fashion.
Review and analyze relevant documentation and information and prepare timely responses to compliance inquiries with minimal oversight
Conduct research on other topics as required.
Be a subject matter expert for the organization regarding clinical compliance.
Education - BA or BS Degree highly preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience Required
5 to 7 years of health care or compliance experience. Certification in Health Care Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association preferred. Certified Professional Coder preferred.
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Doctoral degree in Psychology.
Must possess a current, GA unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state where practice occurs.
Must have two years clinical experience, which includes one year in a comparable position.
A valid driver's license is required.
Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
