The ZOE Holding Company family of businesses is thrilled to present an opening for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join us as the Clinical Director of our up-and-coming mobile IV spa business, The Good Life IV. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on providing high-quality, personalized intravenous therapies to enhance wellness, energy, and overall health. As our full-time Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Position Summary:

The Clinical Director will be a credentialed Nurse Practitioner (NP) responsible for overseeing and optimizing the clinical program at The Good Life IV. As a visionary healthcare professional, you will lead and develop a clinical team while contributing to our strategic growth initiatives and will have the autonomy to set the clinical direction of our organization.

In exchange for your contributions and expertise, you'll receive:

• A competitive annual salary, between $100,000 - $150,000/year, commensurate with experience and scope of responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Program Leadership: Develop and lead the clinical program, design treatment protocols, oversee patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Clinical Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise clinical staff. Foster a culture of excellence, growth, and collaboration.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance and improvement programs. Monitor and report on clinical performance metrics.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on state and federal regulations. Liaise with regulatory bodies and accrediting agencies.
• Client Care and Safety: Prioritize patient safety and provide guidance on complex patient cases.
• Innovation and Research: Stay updated on advancements in IV therapy and wellness. Encourage innovation and development.
• Strategic Growth and Partnerships: Collaborate with the executive team to shape growth strategies and identify opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Arizona (or willing to become credentialed in AZ)
• Previous experience in a clinical leadership role is preferred (in healthcare or wellness)
• Previous experience in a brick-and-mortar or mobile IV clinic, or med spa, is strongly preferred
• Extensive experience with IV placement
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Passion for wellness, healthcare innovation, and client satisfaction

*This pay range represents The Good Life IVs good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will be dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidates experience, qualifications, and location.
