Job Description

Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisors perform episodic home health supervision and quality assurance according to state and federal guidelines.  They also provide Clinical oversight for field nurses, aides, therapists, etc.  Focus will be on ensuring OASIS compliant documentation, workflows and timely submissions of required documentation.  Great career development opportunity!!

Expert in OASIS

Active (unrestricted) Registered Nurse RN License in the State

2 years of Home Health Experience as an RN

1 year supervisory or management experience

OASIS expert

Will consider extremely strong home (10 years) health RN looking for an entry level leadership role
