Role: Closure Specialist - Real Estate Sales & Marketing Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to contract closure, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Engage with prospective buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the sales journey with professionalism and expertise.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each listing.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts, leveraging market knowledge and strategic thinking to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary procedures.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform pricing strategies and sales tactics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or related roles, with a strong track record of successful closures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Real estate license or certification (if required by local regulations).
