Roles & Responsibilities:

Administration & Management Multi-Cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, etc.

Responsible to implement CI/CD pipeline on Cloud-based (AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud) and On-Premises environments.

Responsible for troubleshooting and solving issues related to CI/CD pipelines.

Implement Cloud automation using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.

Implement Cloud Management platforms (CMP) for Multi-Cloud administration.

Maintaining a backup of the resources is another important responsibility. The administrator must perform resource backup from time to time by making extensive use of different Cloud services - AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud.

Optimize the resources & work on resource tagging to allocate costs and for careful planning of budgeting, governance, and reporting.

Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) including MDM, MAM, Conditional Access Policies, and Compliance Policies

Endpoint Security systems like Antivirus/Anti Malware, Firewall, DLP, etc.

Other cloud systems including Microsoft Azure, AWS, OCI, and Atlassian Service Health & Security monitoring using Microsoft 365 console and actively reviewing and responding based on system/security alerts and notifications.

Represent IT Operations in Internal & External Compliance Audits

Create & maintain up-to-date documentation of IT SOPs, Policies & Standards
