TITLE Boxing Club Rogers, Located in Rogers, MN Right off interstate 94W is looking for an experienced Full-time Club Manager - Membership Sales Specialist/ to work in a challenging, fast-paced, and exciting environment helping change lives of our members thru fitness boxing group classes.
This role assists in running all “front of house” fitness club operations (you will be the face of the club!), with a strong focus on premium customer service as well as meeting sales expectations. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and basic sales experience. This position is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the club, including membership sales and renewals, retail and concession sales, personal training sales, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels. Most importantly, The Club Manager- Membership Sales Specialist must build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to maintain a referral base and retain members.
Essential Functions:
- Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time.
- Recruit and retain new club members.
- Attain membership sales and revenue goals.
- Acquire point of sale referrals from every new member.
Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience for each person entering.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Sales Experience.
- Computer skills - operating systems, and all general functions - MS Office, email, MS Windows.
- Strong Social media skills - daily, weekly and monthly posting to all social media sites for the club.
- Excellent listening skills.
- A strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle competing tasks and tight deadlines.
- Organized and attention to detail.
- Outwardly facing professional appearance.
- Confidence and desire to create new relationships quickly.
- Ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrated selling skills, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Ability to work with money.
- Ability to effectively enter and retrieve information from sales tracking systems.
Required Experience, Education & Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 21 + years of age.
- 3+ years of Sales experience preferred.
Job Type:
- 35-40 hours per week.
- Primarily evenings 2 pm- 8:30 pm and every other weekend Sat/Sun mornings 8:30 am-11:30 am.
- Work evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
