Seeking applicants for CNC lathe machine operator

Requirements:

• 3-5 years CNC Lathe Machine Operator experience


• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings


• Perform complete inspections with minimal supervision


• Use of, calibration, and proper maintenance of equipment


• Set up and operate a variety of machines applying knowledge of mechanics and shop mathematics


• Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and machining procedures


• Self-starter, detail oriented, logical, reliable and loyal


• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed (written or oral) instructions


• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and the capability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations


• Typical machine shop environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, however some loud noises occasionally occur.


• Someone that can run 5 Axis machines


• Experience with Citizen machinery a plus


• We have Swiss machines with live tooling on both sides so you must be comfortable with this.
