Looking for someone located in or is easily accessible to NYC-Tri State Area.

WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY and COMMERCIALLY CONSCIOUS COMPANY.

Organizational systems, team building, and coaching methods, client confidentiality, HIPAA familiarity, and more

(link removed) this is for you.

You’ll come in, get familiar with our project, and implement coaching with individuals and their team(s).

As we grow our organization, the coach is critically important to the high functioning of our institutional coaching service offerings. The Coach will play a key role in implementing the coaching of adults in diverse communities in the private and public sector on behalf of Kuumba Health LLC.

In this role, the Coach will bring their valuable experience, and build skills and knowledge in a variety of functional areas within our for-profit commercially conscious coaching company. The Coach reports directly to the Kuumba Health CEO.

About You:

  • You’re not new to this. You can confidently provide coaching to adults, grounded in inclusive, intergenerational, trauma-informed, therapeutic, and leadership development practices. You are confident in LGBT and race equity systems and approaches of care within agencies.

  • You have experience training or coaching in wellness infused and inclusion methods, with a knowledge of cutting-edge LGBT and racial equity language

  • You like structure, organization, and project management. You approach each project with a project roadmap, plan and checklist to make sure you don’t miss a step and to make the next coaching project that much easier.

  • You’re an early adopter and study organizational behavior. Working with a start-up company brings you joy!

  • You’re a client-first coach. You don’t build agendas or curriculum with only yourself in mind; you create it for a specific audience. Every project begins with a clear understanding of who the target customer is, what drives them, and the primary focus from individuals to national federal prospects.

  • You check for grammar and spelling edits on every written deliverable, while also inclusive of an equitable, creative, and holistic approach that resonates and is memorable.

Timeliness and deadlines are your jam. When we have a coaching meeting at 10:00 am, you show up at 9:45 am. When the deadline is Tue at 5:30 pm, you have it done by Mon at 9:30 am.

You’re resourceful, soulful, & savvy, and you love to solve problems

You communicate clearly and confidently. If you disagree with something, you communicate that without hesitation. If you have a question, you ask.
