Job Description:

• Managing and administering the ACBS platform, which is a commercial lending software system used for loan origination, servicing, and accounting.
• Providing support and guidance to end-users in utilizing the ACBS system effectively.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements or modifications.
• Configuring and customizing the ACBS system to align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to ACBS functionality.
• Performing data analysis and ensuring data integrity within the ACBS system.
• Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades, patches, or new releases.
• Assisting in training and educating end-users on ACBS system functionalities and best practices.
• Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact commercial loan systems.
