We are currently recruiting for a Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer for a major Commercial Building Construction Client.

Basic Job Duties:
-The provision of technical / detailed design engineering services to the broader building services team and a responsibility for schematic design through construction documents to a range of external clients.
-Delivery of detailed design across; plumbing and fire protection, ground sanitary/waste and rainwater drainage systems, below ground drainage, domestic hot and cold-water services, rainwater harvesting systems, black and grey water systems.
-Showing technical mentorship and leadership to our younger engineers and graduates by supporting and encouraging their progression with us.

Requirements:
-Experience of working in a P/FP engineering role and a broad design knowledge and experience of running of US building services projects
-3-5 years of relevant experience
-Knowledge of using Revit or similar tools, and an in depth understanding of US and Pennsylvania plumbing codes
-A self-starter, you'll have a confident, proactive and organized approach to your work, team and clients
-A relevant Bachelor or Master degree is preferred
-PE and a professional in ASPE or ISPE, with a LEED AP accreditation desirable
-Ideally experienced in the commercial sector.
