Commercial Process Innovation & Capability Manager-CG 70 (Nashville/Cambridge)


We have an exciting opportunity for
Commercial Process Innovation & Capability Manager in Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA.
In this role, you will b be a change agent for global standards adoption and transformation programs by identifying, prioritizing and define requirements for service, professional services, and solution delivery enablement & capability development for the assigned business of scope.


Your role:

Responsible for leading, developing and engaging a team of SMEs, Building a culture based on the Philips Behaviors.
This will include the creation of performance KPIs, and the monitoring of those KPIS and Partnering with the appropriate CoEs on recruitment, and selection as appropriate
Lead and drive team of Business Process Expert to drive platform implementation and continuous improvements
Facilitating and providing technology integration recommendations, while working in close partnership with the Contracts CoE, EIM and the Market and Process innovation team
Utilizing expertise in process analysis to perform process gap analyses and propose best practices as input for the process design
Deploying and supporting process implementation programs and projects and ensure processes are implemented as designed
Collaborating with IT and EIM to ensure that IT applications and data models support the business process requirements and design
Being a change agent by clarifying the impact of the new ways of working including the process, IT applications to the deployment teams and are the content owners of the deployment materials (guidelines, work instructions and learnings), as developed with Philips University or other parties who develop the process role-based learning curricula for the end-users for their process domain
Building and maintain Subject Matter Expertise (SME) communities in their respective domain and ensuring the people competencies, capabilities are in place to execute the standard solutions in their process domains and find opportunities for improvement


You're the right fit:

Youve acquired 10+ years of proven success in business/operations, process improvement and technology enablement.
Bachelors degree in an information management technical/ business related field required. MBA/ MA or equivalent work experience preferred
Certification: LEAN, GB certification or other equivalent Six Sigma training & certification
Strong knowledge of key systems (SAP, Apptus)
Successful record of accomplishment in leadership across Healthcare operations, sales and service
Harmonizing legacy and acquired processes to standard processes; enable standard Philips technology to create one way of working
Developing and influencing technology strategies and technology solution implementation
Organizational agility; developing partnerships across a complex business landscape, while utilizing/ implementing lean and continuous improvement methodologies
Developing strategy, leading and influencing people who are not your direct reports to execute integration strategy
Setting a compelling vision, inspiring and motivating through change; consultative influencer and the ability to lead in a complex/matrixed environment
