Responsibilities: - Primary project management support to the Global Launch Team a cross-functional team responsible for leading the commercialization efforts and preparations of a successful launch
- Support the global promotional review process
- Leads the project planning efforts of the Dengue Global Launch Team (GLT) in defining and implementing the commercialization launch plan.
- Partners with GLT leadership and relevant subteams in review and tracking of projects with an emphasis on strategy; provide input and expertise as well as support coordination
- Act as operational lead of the Global Brand/Launch Team (Secretary) and manage the planning, operations, reporting and logistics of the GLT team
- Manages scheduled and ad-hoc team meetings, establishing meeting agendas, facilitating effective team discussions, driving to clear and timely team actions and decisions, driving and holding team members accountable for action item follow-through;
- Create and manage a team space for sharing & collaboration
- Leverage knowledge of project management best practices to deliver efficient partner program execution that is focused on smooth and quality interactions with a focus on speed to launch.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and create contingency plans in a constantly changing environment.
- Manage the identification of potential issues or obstacles and achieve resolution or plans contingencies and follow issues through to resolution
- Generate collaboration, cooperation, and communication across and between functional team members obtaining buy in of all team members to integrated product strategy
- Ensure team effectiveness through team health checks with development and appropriate follow-through on action plans to boost team productivity.
- Lead the review and update of commercial risks, as part of the overall GPT Risk Registry
- Oversee the Promotional review & approval process (MRL) for global dengue team in accordance with company policy and standard operating procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to Marketing, Sales Training, and Corporate Communications promotional material.
- Oversee the review and approval process and work closely with Regulatory, Medical, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure promotional material is approved and distributed
- Collaborate with stakeholders on problem-solving initiatives to optimize processes as well as handle day-to-day challenges.
- Ensure staff and stakeholders abide by SOPs and record retention policies.
- Maintain business system ownership of the MRL workflow and content management system to facilitate review and approval of promotional materials(link removed)>
Requirement: - Bachelor's degree required; Masters/MBA or advanced educational achievement nice to have
- At least 3-5 years of experience in professional project management experience within a multidisciplinary global environment
- Experience in the vaccine / pharmaceutical industry
- Commercial functional knowledge
- Working in a matrix environment, preferably a global organization
- Ability to lead and influence in the matrix
- Excellent interpersonal skills/highly collaborative
- Ability to cultivate strong internal/external network
- Strong operational skills; project/timeline management capabilities
- Strong operational skills i.e. to manage multiple tasks of varied complexity simultaneously
- Process improvement experience
- Proven ability to communicate (verbal and written) ideas and data to engage and influence others.
- Presentation skills i.e. to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency with MS suite tools, including Office and Project; Fluid use of SharePoint and O365
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and growing business environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English, other languages useful
- Demonstrate a high degree of self-awareness, self-motivation, initiative, and attention in detail
- Proven ability to work independently in a different location than the main organization
- Manual dexterity required to operate office equipment (i.e. computers, phones, etc.).
- Ability to read and focus for long periods of time.
- Ability to speak clearly for presentations to others.
