At Colliers | Wisconsin, our Property Accountants have the balance of working independently to perform the full financial responsibilities of a commercial building, while working collaboratively with the property manager and owner. In this role you will fulfill tasks such as accounts payable, receivables, cash management, GL activity, maintaining rent rolls, bank reconciliations, preparation of monthly financials, and preparation of annual property budgets.
This position will be provided ample training and workload to ensure a successful career in accounting. Compensation varies based upon experience.

Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Considerable attention to detail
- Strong logic and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and able to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and capable of meeting deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to undertake multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Integrity Trusted, direct, truthful.
Preferences
- 3 5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience using Yardi, MRI, or Avid AP
