Roles and responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures and needed.
• Analysing blueprints to ensure the construction projects meet design, safety and budget specifications.
• Manage and direct all site activities
• Maintain quality control and safety regulations

Requirements:-

Qualification:- B.E. Civil Engineering

Experience:-Proven experience as a site supervisor for more than 1 years.

Sound knowledge in construction safety regulations.
