Control Automation Consultant Sumter, South Carolina Long Term Contract Mandatory Skills: - Capable of developing applications using Siemens S7 (1200/1500/300/400) Series and/or BeckhOff TwinCAT2/3 and or Allen Bradly ControlLogix / SLC
- Experience in PLC programing languages such as ladder, instruction list, function block, statement list, and structured text etc.
- Experience in development, support and maintenance projects.
- Experience in HMI development. (WinCC HMI / Twin CAT HMI / Panel View HMI)
- Experience in multiple industrial protocol like Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ether-CAT(ADS), ControlNet, Device Net, RS232, RS485.
- Experience in Siemens and TwinCAT OPC servers.
- Experience in interfacing with multiple devices including AC/DC/Servo drives, PID temperature controllers etc.
- Adequate domain knowledge about field instruments.
- Adequate domain knowledge in Automotive, Oil and Gas, Chemical, pharma, avionics etc.
- Experience in commissioning, FAT/ SAT.
- Experience in troubleshooting & analytical skills.
- Experience in customer interaction/client facing experience.
- Good communication skills (Verbal/written).
- Experience in working with onsite - offshore model.
Desirable Skills: - Adequate knowledge of industry standards like ISA 95/ISA 88.
- Experience in data base servers such as SQL server/Oracle.
- Experience in E-PLAN.
- Knowledge of Asset management systems, Alarms management systems etc.
