Responsibilities

  • Establish, manage and lead the continuous improvement of the Control Center located in Atlanta, planning and organizing of the Center to best fit the needs of our clients
  • Hire, train and manage of a team of Control Center Technicians, and contribute to the development of the training program
  • Monitor the KPIs and performance of every site supervised by the Control Center
  • Take swift and corrective actions in case of deviation between reporting and performance targets
  • Recommend and lead any tool or systems upgrades, technical installations, etc. that may better improve Control Center operations
  • Coordinate with Support for more complex technical issues and Exotec systems performance improvements

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in maintenance or supervision of technical systems, ideally within the materials handling or warehouse automation space
  • Ability to manage a team of technicians
  • Flexibility with working rotating shifts outside of standard office hours, including some overnight and weekend shifts
  • Logical decision-making skills in case of critical customer service issues
  • Strong software troubleshooting skills
  • Any knowledge of SQL or other programming languages would be a strong plus
  • At ease with advanced software tools and database management tools
  • Ability to interface with key stakeholders with a knack for building rapport and reputation across customer accounts
