Cycle is an influencer management and branded content studio full of people who genuinely care about doing great work. Were a longstanding leader in the influencer and content space, having executed award-winning, global programs with some of the biggest brands in the world. We serve as problem solvers for our clients, helping them grow their business through content and campaigns consumers love. We are looking for a Coordinator to join our growing Brand Partnerships team. This person will execute best in class influencer programs across various verticals, working cross-functionally with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the influencer space and digital/social industry. Successful candidates are organized, efficient, and self-starting. Most importantly, you should be curious to learn and be willing to put yourself in uncomfortable positions, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities - Create weekly status call agendas, timelines, and execution documents to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Record and distribute call notes, ensuring all parties are privy to next steps
- Work with internal teams to develop program strategy and influencer creative briefs
- Understand campaign KPIs and source talent utilizing internal tools in order to meet client needs
- Assist project managers with influencer discovery, outreach and negotiation, content QA, live post monitoring, sentiment analysis, and reporting
- Work with internal sales and execution teams to assist in building deliverables and talent recommendations
- Research industry trends and share learnings with larger partnerships team, staying aware of platform updates
Requirements - Bachelor's degree and relevant intern experience in advertising
- Excellent writing skills
- Some knowledge of influencer-marketing landscape
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Professional, polite, and respectful
- Brings energy and passion to everything they do, and will not be afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to tackle projects both big and small
- Passion for social media and influencer marketing
Base salary range: $53,000 $65,000 plus bonus potential if applicable for role Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
