$42,114 - $51,870; commensurate with experience
This is a 100% position. Reporting to the Director of the Center for Health and Human Services (CHHS), essential tasks focus on project and grant proposal post-award activities including: post-award project and contract/grant management and tracking; budget tracking, management, and reconciliation; project management assistance to project staff with tracking; record keeping and reporting. As assigned: assist to train/monitor part time temp project staff and students; assist CHHS Director with website updates and other internal and external communication documents. Perform other related tasks or special projects as assigned.
Bachelor degree required.
Three years experience in grant or contract management, project coordination, or workflow management required. Available to work after hours as necessary, willingness and ability to travel.
Master's degree preferred.
