Overall Responsibilities:
Coordinates the movement of material in and out of warehouse upon direction of Operations & Client SLAs
Performs routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves.
Must enter all pertinent information into systems of record: SAP
Identifies any shortages, overages, etc.
Completes daily operations reports.
Fast, efficient, and accurate warehouse administrative work required.
Communication with customers, warehouse associates, drivers and leadership
Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001 Quality certification.
Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Job Requirements:
Excellent computer skills preferred
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English
Problem Solving; Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
Responds promptly to customer needs whether external and or internal
Planning/organizing-Priorities
Dependability-Is consistently at work and on time
Follows instructions
Responds to management direction
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred


Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Manufacturing Environment
Able to stand/walk for long periods of time (6 hrs+)
Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs
Manufacturing Environment: Office / Warehouse Dock Environment
Occasional exposure to weather
Moderate to Loud noise level


Standard General Security Roles and Responsibilities
Understand and adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of Information Assets, integrity of customer transactions, proper and ethical utilization of access privileges and resources provided to perform the role. Protect company assets, systems, proprietary and confidential information in accordance with arvato Confidentiality policy and Corporate Information Security Policies and Procedures.
Proactively report actual or suspected vulnerabilities, security incidents and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity or availability of Information assets as per the Companys Incident Reporting Process.
Process personal data, client data and employer business specific data in accordance of Personal Data Protection Act, in compliance with the CCA and in accordance with employers Work Procedure Rules, IT and Data Protection and other guidelines provided by employer;
