Overview for Corporate Paralegal - Contractual Position
The Corporate Paralegal is responsible for providing contract, regulatory (including franchising and corporate governance) and litigation support under the guidance and direction of the Company’s General Counsel.
Duties & Responsibilities for Corporate Paralegal
- Draft our service agreements and power of attorney for authorization of completing our service as a provider.
- Provide legal information and maximized efficiency to improve and insure our contract and assist in the service agreement.
- Develop and implement a new tickler system for contracts
- Aid in helping with our companies legal stance and business modeling for and payment based handling
- Assist with managing any litigation.
- Other duties and backup support as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Corporate Paralegal
- Associates degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle sensitive date and multi-task so that stringent deadlines are met, and exercise discretion and judgment.
- Must be highly organized, able to prioritize and manage time efficiently with the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is preferred.

Bid is a $230.00 payment for your first project of drafting a service agreement, and with reasonable revisions for completion, in addition to a $23.00 in terms of financing it for 6 months at a 10% semi-annual interest percentage , totaling $253.00 payout award.
