As our Manufacturing Cost Analyst, you will play an integral role on our pricing team. In this position, you'll leverage your analytical expertise to develop accurate cost estimates and insightful pricing models that inform our build-to-print manufacturing operations.
You'll start by reviewing complex bills of materials, production processes and cost drivers to fully understand what impacts per unit economics. Drawing on your experience, you'll analyze all the variables and meticulously build out pricing. From direct material and labor to overhead, you'll consider every detail.
Core Responsibilities:
- Review BOMs, processes and cost drivers to analyze variables
- Develop accurate pricing models and quotes for assemblies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine cost models
- Identify opportunities to improve cost-effectiveness
- Provide analytical recommendations to inform winning proposals
- Master quoting tools and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
