Plusheadhunters Consulting and Training, LLC is currently seeking a Country ManagerAssociate to join our firm Strategy practice.

This position is fully remote.

Location: The position is posted in Miami, FL; Tampa, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Boca Raton, FL; however, other locations may be considered for this opportunity.

Role:

We are seeking professionals who are retired, Baby Boomers Generations, who want to partner to put into practice everything learned in the Human Resources line. This position requires exceptional hands-on account relationship development skills, extreme attention to detail & professionalism, business savvy, and a passion for learning and innovation.

The Country ManagerAssociate will assist with working with clients and prospective clients in scheduling appointments, creating proposals, assisting in passing inbound leads, dabbling in cold calling to set up appointments, learning the process, and growing in their role supporting Plusheadhunters Consulting and Training, LLC firm.

Key Responsibilities:

The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Build, maintain, and lead generation through outbound marketing (cold calling, account-based selling, Email & SMS, contacts, referrals, colleagues) Campaigns & Social Strategies to generate an important gross margin in year one.
  • Identify business development opportunities leveraging internal and external Plusheadhunters Consulting and Training channels.
  • Lead internal team initiatives to support and enhance our practice growth and Firm brand in the EE.UU.
  • Advise Fortune 500 and middle market companies, and private equity investors, on the people implications and planning considerations for mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other similar transactions.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Help to create contracts from company templates and send out contracts to clients.
  • Assist in editing and creating proposals.
  • Serve as the day-to-day engagement manager leading all facets of an engagement ranging from building the engagement work plan and budget, executing the plan, managing client relationships, and keeping Partners and Managing Directors apprised of project status and risks.
  • Manage the sourcing, interviewing, and placing of exceptional talent at local corporations.
  • Build up the regions team to be the best producers they can be. Nurture, grow, and develop managers so they can grow a strong team underneath them, further expanding the region(s) overall team and billings.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients and regions as needed.
  • Significant experience in project management including planning, budgeting, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners toward the successful completion of a project.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, and team player, with a positive attitude and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen, desire to learn, and interest in partnering with cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on leading practice HR/People strategies that align with their business objectives. Identify key issues and dependencies, driving them to resolution.
  • Provide impactful support helping to add efficiency, optimize resources, and client satisfaction.
  • Schedule meetings for our leadership, help provide exceptional customer service to all contacts and candidates and help our executive team be as effective as possible.
  • Help organize client information and make essential updates in our internal database.
  • Work on and lead projects that assist our company as we grow and scale.
  • Help build potential client relationships via creative networking and sharing impactful client information.
  • Work on projects as needed to support the CEO, offer creative ideas, and lead direct work to help the team.
  • Bring positivity, organization, and an impeccable eye for detail to ensure the work and information being sent is top-notch.
  • Track the status of client engagements, leads, and sales.
  • Take detailed accurate notes in client meetings.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Establish positive and strong rapport with clients and team members and build relationships that empower and further business.
  • Learn, grow, and lead real work that is impactful and fulfilling.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor team members.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years experience in Human Resources/People Operations, human capital consulting, or M&A integrations and separations planning and execution.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college.
  • Extreme organization, responsive, professional demeanor, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed and agile, with the ability to innovate as needed.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Team player with superb collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.
  • Interest in being a part of presenting presentations and winning accounts.
  • An interest in career growth and learning and mastering the partnerships process.
  • English and Spanish written and spoken, are relevant and necessary.
