Crisis Intervention Specialist II Full-Time Days 050523
Do you get joy from ensuring a smooth, running workflow? Mental Health America of Greenville County is expanding and seeking full-time Crisis Intervention Specialists to handle their 24/7 crisis lines. 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline via phone, chat and text. Offering support, information and referral, and crisis intervention. This is an onsite role.
Shifts available Days start at 8 am or 9 am
Full-time positions offer 100% paid health, dental, life, and short-term disability. Also, prorated vacation, sick and holidays
Requirements
What you bring us:
Experience monitoring work of others, coordinating services
Good listening skills and ability to maintain personal and confidential information
Competence with computer systems, data entry, and databases
Detailed-oriented and self-motivated
Professional phone manner with a clear speaking voice
Both dependable and reliable
Its a plus if you have the following:
Previous experience volunteering or working in social services or non-profit fields
Completed some college-level courses
