HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Answering calls from customers assisting them with pricing, ordering, marketing questions, technical support, and RMAs. Transfers calls to correct person or department.
• Assists customer in ordering supplies and marketing materials
• Handles customers questions and complaints
• Processes Sales Orders in ACT in a timely manner.
• Helps ensure that escalated issues are transferred to Customer Development Lead and handled in a timely manner.
• Performs out-bound telephone calls to promote current specials and provide customers with the latest product information.
• Attends weekly Customer Development meeting in regard to updates and continuing education.
• Calls customers that have credit card/payment issues to help resolve them and assure that the customer receives their shipments in a timely manner.
• Processes all orders that arrive by FAX and Email
• Informs customers of backorders and provides ETAs.
• Assists other departments with additional tasks when needed including filing, assembly of marketing materials, and shipping needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ACT.
• Experience working in an “office environment”, can operate a multi-line phone, multi-function copier, and fax machine, scanner, printer, and computer.
• Interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
• Punctual and an exceptional communicator to employees and clients.
