Job Role: Customer Relationship OfficerJob PurposeJob purpose of an organized and attentive Customer Relationship Officer is to provide exceptional service to our customers by handling routine tasks, such as processing payments, accepting deposits, and handling withdrawals, while ensuring the cross sales basis customers financial requirements. Functional ResponsibilitiesProcess transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questionsInforming customers about bank products and servicesTracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and completeMaintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepanciesPackaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers or the bank vaultKeeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearanceHandling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible mannerMaintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
