POSITION - Union: Customer Representative - Trainee
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1
RATE: $26.81
LOCATION: SCG-CT-MARSH HILL
Responsibilities
1. Respond to all customer inquiries (telephone or written) regarding billing, service, etcfollowing established policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Assist customers concerning credit and collection issues, and make arrangements according to guidelines.
3. Make requested changes or adjustments to customer accounts.
4. Initiate service orders to respond to customer emergencies and other service work needs.
5. Make outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries or follow up on collections issues.
6. Provide accurate information to appropriate departments to efficiently resolve customer concerns.
