Responsibilities

Sales strategy development: Develop and implement IVD product sales strategy to ensure sales targets and performance indicators are achieved.

Sales Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, motivation and performance evaluation, to ensure the efficient operation of the team.

Customer relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term good business relationships with key customers, understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Sales performance monitoring: tracking sales data and performance indicators, analyzing sales trends, making corresponding sales strategies and plans.

Market development: Explore new markets and customer groups, identify sales opportunities and drive product sales growth.

Sales report and forecast: Accurately record sales activities and results, timely submit sales reports, and forecast sales trends and market demand.

Market competition analysis: Study and analyze market competition, understand competitors' products and pricing strategies, and provide corresponding competitive strategies.

Coordinate with other departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, technical support and other departments to achieve sales targets.

Training and demonstration: Provide training to customers and sales team, demonstrate product features and advantages, provide technical support and answer questions.

Sales budget management: Develop sales budget, effectively manage sales resources and expenses, and ensure sales targets are achieved within the budget scope.

Requirements

Industry knowledge and experience: Have relevant IVD industry knowledge and sales experience, familiar with IVD products and market conditions, understand industry trends and competitors.

Sales skills and experience: Good sales skills and experience, able to effectively carry out sales activities, deal with customer needs and achieve performance targets.

Leadership and team management skills: Ability to lead and manage a sales team, motivate and guide team members to achieve sales targets.

Customer relationship Management ability: Good customer relationship management ability, able to build trust and cooperative relationship with customers, meet customer needs, provide quality pre-sales and after-sales service.

Communication and coordination skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively communicate and coordinate with internal team and customers at all levels.

Analysis and problem solving ability: Ability to analyze and solve problems, identify problems in the sales process and provide solutions to achieve sales goals.

Goal-oriented and result-oriented: Have clear sales goals and result-oriented work attitude, be able to make plans and take actions to achieve goals.

Self-driven and learning ability: Self-driven and continuous learning ability to continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge and adapt to rapidly changing market environment.

English ability: Good English communication skills, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with international customers.

Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, sales management, etc
