As Customer Sales & Service Specialist you will be integral part of Office Solutions & Innovations, Inc. (OSI) focusing on account management, new account development, quotations, customer service, and other related duties. Essential Responsibilities: - Communicate with potential and existing customers through multiple platforms including inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail, online chat and some potential on-site visits;
- Customer service and account management.
- Customer account development, actively bringing in new customers.
- Estimating the costs associated with jobs and quotes.
- Assigning appropriate profit margins to estimates.
- Selling our products via phone, email and some potential on-site visits to an identified customer base using existing sales programs.
- Sales order entry, order checking and quote follow up.
- Complete other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain and provide current understanding of the company systems, company products, company daily processes.
- Maintain current understanding of customer accounts.
Requirements - Proven inside sales and custom service experience
- Outgoing personality
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and social media programs
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
