Role Overview-This Executive- Call Center role will span across line functions, In this role, Executive / Senior Executive would require to create revenue by maximizing query conversations, while being compliant to set organizational standards.

Purpose of Role:-

  • Bringing in sales.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring quality service by following the organization standards
  • Outbound calling process - Tele sales
  • Work directly with Customers/Clients via phone in order to persuade them to buy Holiday Packages.

Requirement:-

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales ( Any BPO sales )
  • Undergraduate / Graduate Both will work
  • Shift Window 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ( Any 9 hours shift ) *No night shifts*
  • 6 days working & 1 Rotational week off
  • Location :- Marathon Futurex / D.N road (CST)
