Role Overview-This Executive- Call Center role will span across line functions, In this role, Executive / Senior Executive would require to create revenue by maximizing query conversations, while being compliant to set organizational standards.
Purpose of Role:-
- Bringing in sales.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring quality service by following the organization standards
- Outbound calling process - Tele sales
- Work directly with Customers/Clients via phone in order to persuade them to buy Holiday Packages.
Requirement:-
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales ( Any BPO sales )
- Undergraduate / Graduate Both will work
- Shift Window 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ( Any 9 hours shift ) *No night shifts*
- 6 days working & 1 Rotational week off
- Location :- Marathon Futurex / D.N road (CST)
