Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and resolving their inquiries and issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.


• Assist customers with product information, order status, and account-related questions.


• Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and finding solutions.


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.


• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.


• Previous customer service experience in a similar role is a plus.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Friendly and empathetic attitude towards customers.
