Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our weight loss clinic. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal utilization of clinic resources.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
