*Credit Card Support Rep*

• Our leading banking client is seeking dedicated customer service professionals to join their expanding team in Phoenix, Arizona! This is a fast-paced but rewarding position where you'll be assisting external credit card customers with various enquiries. • What We're Looking For*
• At least 1 year of recent customer service experience (call center strongly preferred)
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• General computer literacy
• Ability to multi-task, specifically talk and type at the same time
• Ability to keep a cool head during more complex or escalated calls
• What's the day-to-day like?*
• The credit card line will provide quality service and support to customers with enquiries and/or complaints regarding credit card products and transactions
• Taking a high volume of calls in a call center environment (invoice enquiries, balance enquiries, product/service options)
• Assisting with payment/default options as appropriate
• Escalating to internal and external partners when required
• Schedule*
• This position is full-time and on-site in North Phoenix off of Pinnacle Peak Rd and the I-17. The first 7 weeks will offer an extensive training program so you can feel confident and comfortable on the phone lines. The training schedule is 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Once training is complete, there are a variety of shifts available, starting between 7:30am and 11:30am.*
