Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: Spanish / English), you'll be an integral part of our remote team, engaging with customers through inbound/outbound calls and online interactions. Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer navigation skills, ability to multitask, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free home office, high-speed internet, and access to a desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing.
