Join the Pestie customer care team full-time! We are looking for someone to join our team from 9 am to 5 pm Mountain Time Monday-Friday a week at $15 an hour.

Founded in 2018, Pestie is a DIY pest control solution that is focused on making sure every American has access to easy, inexpensive, and effective pest control. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Answer emails, phone calls and chats in a prompt and friendly manner
• Provide a personalized, engaging, and compassionate customer service
• Troubleshoot customer issues and figure out quick solutions
• Process customers orders when needed through our online platform
• Implements conflict management skills to de-escalate emails in a way that builds a positive customer experience
• Makes independent and insightful decisions keeping customer and company needs in mind

Requirements

Location:

• Our Office is located in Lehi, Utah.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
