COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our client is an industrial warehouse operator located near the Port of Houston. The Company specializes in heavy lift services by operating indoor and outdoor cranes.
POSITION: Customer Service Representative
COMPENSATION: Competitive salary + DOE

LOCATION: Houston, Texas
SUMMARY: Our client is looking for a full-time receptionist. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, comfortable speaking on the phone, able to multi-task, and have excellent computer skills. Responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of their company. Duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES: Answers, Screens, and forwards incoming phone calls and provides information as needed including giving accurate directions to our facilities Database management - heavy typing Assorted project tasks
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 2-3 years experience of Customer Service Strong clerical and administrative skills with attention to detail Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and database programs Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal Be able to assess and prioritize your workload
