Job Duties: Responsible for successful customer adoption and expansion of Investment and Wealth Management content, platforms, and technologies within assigned accounts.
Duties Include:
1. Create and execute proactive customer engagements that help maximize the value derived from Refinitiv solutions post-sale, and build adoption and advocacy.
2. Assess customer satisfaction and collect and analyze information on customer preferences, needs, and habits to identify factors affecting product usage.
3. Use specialist knowledge to demonstrate and educate customers on relevant functionality and content resulting in increased usage and product adoption.
4. Interpret and act on usage information focusing on at risk customers to mitigate cancellations and identify value optimization opportunities.
5. Promote insights relevant to customers workflow and act as a voice of the customer internally, feeding back their experiences.
6. Shepherd customers to support channels available as part of the value Refinitiv provides.
7. Develop and execute retention strategies as part of the customer success plan for accounts, in conjunction with Account Managers.
8. Identify and investigate opportunities to raise to Account Manager for action and share insights to aid the sales process.
May telecommute from commuting distance to New York City per company hybrid work policy.

All Requirements: Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Marketing, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in a customer success management or business development-related occupation.
In the alternative, employer will accept 6 years of experience in a customer success management or business development-related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
Experience must include the following, which may be gained concurrently:
1) 4 years of experience analyzing trends and customer preferences in the financial services software market.
2) 4 years of experience leading proactive customer engagements for Global Investment or Wealth Management clients with a focus on product adoption and client retention.
3) 4 years of experience developing and executing growth strategies for Global Investment or Wealth Management clients.
4) 4 years of experience supporting Global cross-asset market data content and applications.
(Up to 50% domestic travel required.)
