Job Description:

Customer Success Specialists provide technical and educational support and solutions to client school districts through various communication channels. This role is responsible for providing superior customer service, so we are looking for sociable individuals with strong communication and problem solving skills. This is a full-time, 100% remote position with scheduled hours Monday-Friday, 9:30 am-6:30 pm CST. Starting pay is $20/ hour.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop understanding of software functionality and how it applies to educational standards and best practice
• Provide customer support, work with customers to find solutions and resolve issues
• Display positive and professional image to clients
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Participate in basic software testing for user-reported bugs and overall functionality
• Analyze data to determine goals and needs

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in fast-paced office environment
• Ability to work closely with a team and take direction from management
