Urgent hiring in Vaco for customer support executive For regional Language ( Work from Office )
Job Location: Sec 21 Gurgaon
Interview mode- Telephonic / Google meet
Education:- Graduation
Salary:- 25000 CTC
Working - 5 days
Only Male Allowed
Key Responsibilities
Have to provide support to customers related to all Delivery related queries.
Have to entertain inbound calls and emails of customers.
Provide live status of shipment trackers.
Basic computer knowledge of MS- Office, and Excel.
Must be soft-spoken and good in communication.
Experience and skills required-
Requirement Language
Bengali
Marathi
Gujarati
Telugu
Tamil
Malayalam
Kannada
Experience in customer support.
Should have experience in chat support.
Should have good communication (English) skills.
Minimum 6 months of experience required.
