As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative who will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance.

As a Customer Support Representative at 10X ERP, you will be the front-line contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support, helping users navigate our application, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience. In addition to addressing customer inquiries, you will also be involved in quality assurance activities, ensuring our application meets the highest standards of performance and functionality. This position is expected to be on-site in Houston, TX, where youll be working closely with the co-founder and COO to determine how best to support and service our growing Customer Base.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers in understanding and using 10X ERP's features and functionalities effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, working closely with the development and technical teams when necessary.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and report software defects or issues.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer concerns and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.
  • Stay updated on product changes and enhancements to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Familiarity with ERP software or a strong willingness to learn our application thoroughly.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
