Position: Technical Support Analyst / Customer Support Representative - Entry Level

Location: Austin, Texas Day 1 Onsite

Client: VISA Inc

Must Have Skills:

  1. Understand apple products and windows. Communication skills is a must. CSR background is highly preferred. Must be able to use Microsoft products
  2. Windows tools, Ms office and Ms teams
  3. 2 years' experience
  4. CSR experience for at least 2 years

Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduler - non technical, they need to understand windows and apple products.
  2. Consists of contacting employees and scheduling appointments with technicians.
  3. They will be using templates to speak with employee and technician.
  4. Making sure everything is coordinated properly.
  5. Making sure both parties are available for appointment.
  6. May be responsible for updating some reporting in dashboard and keeping track of data.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-3 years financial services related experience required; credit/debit card experience preferred
  2. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities
  3. Providing information and direction for customers regarding VisaNet services, operating rules, integrated billing, and general authorization and chargeback transaction research
  4. Approve the resolution of customers' service or billing complaints by authorizing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
  5. Act as escalation point for clients/customers
  6. Approve the referral of unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  7. Review, monitor and audit records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  8. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes
  9. Solicit sale of new or additional services or products
  10. Report on help desk activities to executive level management
