McFarland Engineering is hiring for multiple Customer Service Representative (Call Center) positions with a repossession management
Title: Customer Service Representative – Call Center
Type: Temp-to-hire; Full-time
Shift: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. OR 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. OR 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Pay: $13.50-15.00/hour
Location: South Nashville / Off I-24 & Harding
The Customer Service Representative provides essential client services and account management to ensure client expectations are being met.
Responsibilities include:
- Build successful relationships with contractors and clients in order to service accounts
- Communicate verbally and/or systematically with clients and contractors to provide account updates and obtain any necessary documentation or guidance
- Use of internet databases and phone tools in order to locate customers/collateral
- Assist with updates and account management for team
Qualifications, knowledge, & skills:
- High school diploma required
- 1 years of previous customer service or call center experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs – Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- Great written and verbal communication skills
